This tour is the ultimate wintertime tour. Through 6 days and 440 km of road cycling across southern Israel we explore the magnificent Negev desert with its geological wonders and stunning views. The tour also includes some cultural tastes of the habitants of the desert, the Bedouins and the Jews and in order to complete your winter vacation we will visit the Dead Sea and the sunny city of Eilat on the shores of the Red sea.

Day 1
We will gather in Tel Aviv at midday and and head towards the the Judea region where we will start the tour the following day.

Day 2 - Elah Valley to The Dead Sea
The stage starts at the Elah valley at the Judea Mountains at the edge of Jerusalem. We will ride across the Judea region- the heart of the biblical land of ancient Israel. As we reach to the middle of the stage, we will start riding along the desert borderline and slowly leave the green scenery towards the brown and yellow scenery of the remarkable Judea desert. Towards the end of the stage we will pass by the city of Arad and then start downhill towards The Dead Sea- the lowest place on earth. The stage ends at the hotel on the shore of the Dead Sea.

Day 3 - Arava Valley to Mizpe Ramon
The stage starts at the Arava valley just 50 km south to the Dead Sea and goes through all the geological marvels of the Negev desert. We start cycling west and enter the Negev desert. After 10 km we will reach the climb of the 'Akrabim ascent'. Following to the spectacular climb we will enter the 'Large crater' and ride through it. After climbing out of the crater we will cross the town of Yeruham. We then continue our cycling heading north towards the city of Dimona where the stage ends at the Hotel.

Day 4 - Dimona to Mizpe Ramon
The stage starts at the city of Dimona. We will ride towards south through the stunning views of the Negev Mountain. On our way we will explore the history of the life in this region, desert agriculture and Bedouin hospitality. The stage ends in Mizpe Ramon on the edge of the Ramon crater.

Day 5 - Mizpe Ramon to Eilat
This stage is the ultimate desert cycling experience. We start cycling at the hotel and ride down to the Ramon crater. We will ride through the magnificent crater and across the dazzling wilderness of the desert. After 140 km we will reach the top of the Eilat Mountains and then start descending towards the city of Eilat with the view of the Red Sea slowly being revealed in front of us. The tour ends at the hotel- located on the shore of the Red Sea inside the city of Eilat.
